If you know Kenny Seay, you know him as a musician, teacher, speaker, encourager, and friend. I know him as my son Griff’s music teacher, and I’ve seen firsthand how deeply Kenny cares for his students. He does far more than teach music—he builds confidence, celebrates progress, offers encouragement during difficult moments, and invests in each student’s future. To many children and families, Kenny is much more than a teacher; he is a mentor and a source of hope.
Behind his joyful, giving spirit, Kenny has been facing serious health challenges. In 2018, he suffered a heart attack on stage and later underwent triple bypass surgery. Since then, he has continued to deal with ongoing heart and other medical issues.
EECP (Enhanced External Counterpulsation) therapy has provided Kenny with meaningful relief and support, but regular access to treatment is becoming increasingly more difficult. He now has the opportunity to purchase a working EECP machine that would allow him to receive treatments at home, consistently, and improve his quality of life. We are raising funds to help cover the cost of the machine, transport, setup, and other necessary expenses so he can begin treatment as soon as possible.
Kenny has spent decades investing in students, families, and everyone around him. Now it’s our turn to invest in Kenny. Every donation, large or small, brings him closer to receiving the care he needs and continuing the work he loves.
