This missions trip is through Open Door Christian Schools, where I attend. This trip is a 15 year partnership our school has with Kefale Church. It is located in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, where we will be staying there for the week. Some activities we will be doing are serving several local churches with anything they need, which includes cleaning, moving/fixing stuff for families, or even just praying for them. We will also partner with Kefale's youth and do street evangelism in a local town square. Another service project we will be doing is working alongside a child development program for students that come from low income households.
The cost is $1900 dollars and covers food, transportation, housing, flights, and outreach events.
