Dr. Frank Roodenburg refused to administer the COVID injections. Not lightly: out of conviction, based on the scientific literature he studied, and guided by the Hippocratic Oath he took as a physician — first, do no harm.
In his professional judgment, the safety and effectiveness of these injections had not been sufficiently established to offer them to his patients. For that reason, he felt obliged to inform his patients honestly and fully, so they could make their own informed choice.
For his refusal to cooperate, and for his positions and public statements, the IGJ — the Dutch Health and Youth Care Inspectorate — has brought disciplinary proceedings against him.
Frank has been a family physician for more than twenty three years. A doctor known for his personal approach, the time he takes for his patients, and his honest, transparent way of communicating.
These proceedings are not about poor care. They are about a doctor who stood by his professional judgment — and who must now defend his medical license and his practice.
The legal costs of this defense are high and continue to mount. Without support, Frank risks not only his case, but also his practice and his livelihood and 2300 patients will loose their family doctor.
What your donation does: every contribution goes directly toward the legal costs of his defense and all costs related to continuation of his practice.
How you can help: give what you can. Share this campaign with people who believe a doctor should be free in his professional judgment. And if you know Frank, leave a word of support — it means more than you think.
Frank has spent his life caring for others. Now it is our time to stand behind him.
