Daniel Blanton's Medical Transport and Care

UPDATE!!

Daniel has taken a turn and we have had to make the tough decision as a family to move him to hospice. We will be using all monies collected to pay for his end of life expenses.

My husband and I run non profit called Cleft of the Rock Ministries and we will transfer all donations out to cover his expenses.

We are raising money to help cover Daniel Blanton's medical expenses and medical transport from a Florida hospital to an Ohio Skilled Nursing Facility. Your support would mean so much during this time.
