What was supposed to be a normal family trip to Kansas City for Easter turned into something no one could have planned for. Faith went into sudden emergency labor while far from home, and their baby arrived prematurely. Their newborn is now in the NICU—fighting, growing, and receiving incredible care—but it means Faith and Stephen are suddenly living day-to-day in a city they never expected to be in.

Right now, their only focus is being there for their baby.

But the reality is overwhelming:

- They are across the country from home, with none of the supplies they prepared  

- Both parents are missing weeks—possibly months—of work  

- They need to stay near the hospital while their baby grows strong enough to leave the NICU  

- They are covering daily expenses like meals, transportation, and essentials  

- When the time comes, they’ll need to figure out how to safely travel home with a premature newborn
