About 4 years ago I woke up out of a coma after 29 days. I didn't remember anything from previous weeks or what had happened. I was told that I had inherited a rare autoimmune disease from my late mother who died when she was 32. Called HUS. I was told that all my kidneys and my heart had failed. And they would never make a come back. Up until this point I was a normal healthy 32 year old women, mom, daughter etc. I was immediately started on dialysis and since then I go 3 days a week today I also but I have been hospitalized over 300 times all for reasons pertaining to my illness. I have high blood pressure which has caused me to be intubated over 30 times in the past 4 years as well. It is becoming increasingly difficult to work hence why I'm reaching out for help with some outstanding bills and to be able to afford to give my child a good Christmas. I recently suffered my third stroke I was in the hospital for 6 weeks and could not walk or speak thank God I made a full come back from that I continue to fight everyday and I'm asking for any help I can get with this process thank you so much for reading my story and God bless all
