Bill Whatcott persecuted Christian from Canada nee

Bill Whatcott ministered the Gospel and made available accurate medical information to the Toronto homosexual unGodly pride parade in 2016. Bill did this while disguised as a "Gay Zombie Cannabis Consumer" because the taxpayer funded Toronto homosexual pride parade prohibited him from marching as an openly Christian man. The Gospel package disguised as a "zombie safe sex" package generated a great deal of conversation and controversy.

For his efforts Bill was slapped with a $104 million dollar class action lawsuit in which the Liberal Party of Canada, Justin Trudeau the Liberal Prime Minister at the time, Kathleen Wynne the Liberal Premier at the time and the entire Toronto Pride Parade were named as victims. During discovery Bill was threatened with jail if he didn't name his supporters. Bill refused and said he would rather go to jail. The lawsuit never did collect $104 million from Bill and it floundered.

In 2018 Bill Whatcott was made the subject of a Canada wide arrest warrant for a so-called hate crime related to his 2016 Gospel ministry to the Toronto unGodly Pride parade. Bill was acquitted in 2021, Justice Robert Goldstein who presided over the case stated he saw a "stunt" but could not see any hate in the flyer. Rather than let the matter drop, the Crown Prosecutor appealed to the Ontario Court of Appeal which overturned the acquittal in 2023 and ordered a new hhate crime trial on the grounds that the trial judge needs to hear from a homosexual activist academic by the name of Nick Mule,' whose academic writings and specialties include kink, BDSM, queering social work, and public park sex, in order to make a truly informed decision on whether Bill's Gospel flyer is criminal hate speech or not.

Bill appealed to the Supreme Court of Canada to get his acquittal reinstated in 2024, but the Supreme Court refused to hear the case. Bill was forced to go on trial again in 2026 before Justice Anne Malloy for his 2016 ministry to the Toronto homosexual unGodly pride parade and this time Nick Mule' informed the court that Bill's flyer was anti-homosexual and therefore hateful and Bill was convicted of a hate crime.

Bill was looking at up to two years in prison and a lifetime criminal record. Bill realized that he would no longer find justice in Canada so he fled to the United States and asked for asylum. The Pacific Justice Institute has graciously agreed to take his case for asylum and they believe there is very strong evidence of anti-Christian persecution in this case and a severe disregard for freedom of speech.

While Bill goes through the asylum process he will not be able to work for six months This fundraiser is to help Bill meet his basic needs until he is able to legally work and which time he will be able to support himself. Bill also wishes that 50% of this fundraiser goes to the Pacific Justice Institute as they are doing all the work to help Bill receive asylum in the United States and they did so without asking for anything from Bill.

Please pray Bill prevails with his asylum claim and that Canada's government repents and turns from the current path of anti-Christian oppression and censorship that they have chosen.
