Thistle is my female American staffordshire. She is only 4 years old. 35 days ago she had a massive seizure, and we couldn’t figure out why. We took her to the emergency vet, they were incredible, she was treated, which cost nearly $3000. But she recovered nearly fully, it felt like a miracle. She’s been on her meds and doing good, until today. Thistle started having another seizure, out of nowhere. The emergency vet wants her to get a neuro consult and an MRI, which is thousands more than I could ever afford alone. It pains me to have to beg for help, but I would do anything to try to get her the care she needs, to see how she can be medically helped moving forward. I earn a meager living, and have a large family, so unfortunately, my finances are stretched too thin, with the last visit being so recent. If you can’t help financially, please consider sharing.
