My name is Royalty, and I have dedicated my platform to speaking out against injustice, advocating for accountability, and standing alongside families who are fighting for answers and justice for their loved ones, particularly within Black and Brown communities.
One of those families is the family of Nolan Xavier Wells, an 18-year-old young man whose death has raised serious questions and concerns.
Through my platform, I have consistently brought awareness to Nolan’s case, discussed the investigation surrounding his death, raised questions about inconsistencies, and advocated for transparency, accountability, and a thorough investigation.
NOW, I AM FACING A LAWSUIT CONNECTED TO MY PUBLIC COVERAGE AND ADVOCACY SURROUNDING THE INVESTIGATION INTO NOLAN WELLS’ DEATH.
The lawsuit involves attorney Tyler Cox, and I am now facing the unexpected financial burden of securing legal representation to defend myself.
HOW I FOUND OUT ABOUT THE LAWSUIT
LET ME MAKE SOMETHING VERY CLEAR!
Before learning about this lawsuit, I was NEVER directly contacted by anyone involved in this matter. I never received a cease-and-desist letter, legal demand, or request to remove or retract any statements through email, postal mail, telephone, or any other form of direct communication.
I WAS NEVER SERVED WITH LEGAL DOCUMENTS NOTIFYING ME OF THIS LAWSUIT.
In fact, the very first time I learned that a lawsuit had allegedly been filed against me was when someone posted information about it underneath one of my TikTok videos the evening of the October 6th. 2026! Imagine discovering that you are facing legal action, not through direct communication or personal service of legal documents, but through a stranger’s comment on social media. That is exactly how I learned about this situation.
I believe it is important for my supporters to understand these circumstances. I intend to address any questions concerning service and the allegations through the appropriate legal process.
