ItzJustChi is an independent music artist and medical professional who chose to use her voice and growing platform to bring awareness to the case of Nolan Xavier Wells. What began as a commitment to shine a light on unanswered questions has become a personal fight for truth, transparency, accountability, and justice.

ItzJustChi believes that people have a right to ask questions, share their opinions, discuss matters of public concern, and advocate for what they believe is right. Her advocacy surrounding the Nolan Wells case is rooted in that belief.

As a result of her public advocacy, ItzJustChi reports that she was contacted by Tyler Cox, an attorney representing individuals she refers to as the “boat boys.” According to ItzJustChi, Cox stated that he had conducted a background check on her, reiterated her home address and indicated that he knew where she lived. She was also told that she was included on a list of content creators who would face a defamation lawsuit.

ItzJustChi further reports experiencing conduct that she considers harassment, cyberstalking, intimidation, and attempts to silence her advocacy. At this time, she states that she has not been officially served with a lawsuit, but she has received a preservation of evidence letter by mail, which she understands to be an indication that litigation may be forthcoming.

She is now facing an evidentiary hearing and, at this point, is preparing to face that process without legal representation against Tyler Cox. The circumstances have created significant emotional, legal, and financial pressure.

Why Your Support Matters

This fundraiser is about more than one individual. It is about protecting the ability of ordinary people and independent content creators to speak about issues they believe deserve attention without being intimidated into silence.

Our First Amendment rights matter. People should be able to express opinions and engage in advocacy concerning matters of public interest. Disagreement, criticism, or legal disputes should not mean that someone must face harassment, intimidation, cyberbullying, or fear simply for using their voice.

ItzJustChi is asking for support so she can protect her rights, obtain appropriate legal guidance and representation, prepare for the proceedings ahead, and continue standing up for what she believes is the truth.

Legal battles require resources. Unfortunately, truth and justice do not come without a cost. Financial hardship can make it incredibly difficult for an independent artist and working professional to defend herself when faced with the possibility of litigation.

But fear cannot be allowed to determine whether we stand up for what we believe is right.

ItzJustChi's message is simple: God Sees, and God knows the truth. She is not claiming to have every answer. She is standing on the side of seeking truth, transparency, accountability, and justice for Nolan Xavier Wells.
