Over 4 Years since the Convoy to Canberra & the battle is still on!

Paul's Trial was in Aug/Sept 2025 where he was found guilty of one charge (2 counts), and was successful in the other 5 charges being dropped... so a win of sorts, but they have taken his truck. If he can get it back, it needs around $100k to get it back on the road after the AFP & DPP have let it rot out in the weather. The community asked if they could pitch in... all gifts will go towards the Appeal Costs to try and clear his name and hopefully get the truck back.  Then getting the Truck repaired (if he can get it back), otherwise it will go towards building a new one! Zeus2 perhaps?

Canberra are still not releasing the truck and at the end of the trial, tried to dispose of it!  Paul has taken that to Court and successfully obtained a Magistrate's order to temporarily stop the disposal - pending the outcome of a full Court of Appeal process, appealing the Jury's Guilty verdict at the trial on the 2 counts of drive at police.

The Appeal is in full swing and Paul and his small team are working hard to prepare the Appeal arguments and going through over 700 pages of transcripts from the 3 week Trial.  It's a big job and costing a LOT time and money too - but Paul & the team believe it is an important fight to run.
