Rehabbing Bells Place Warehouse in Fort Valley

Bells Place Warehouse is a 15,000 sq ft warehouse on 3.85 acres with a mainline Norfolk Southern rail spur. This historical site in Fort Valley, Georgia used to be the world's largest icehouse in the early 1900s. It is located in the Middle Georgia Mega-Site, between Blue Bird Bus Company, a 1.5 billion dollar company, and the Middle Georgia Mega-Site, another billion dollar entity.

*****Just in 10/24/2026 Audi car company is building a 4.2 billion dollar automotive plant in the Middle Georgia Mega-Site ******

We are raising money to rehab our facility so we can get contracts with these companies and employ local people. We want to collaborate with manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, and shipping with these billion dollar companies. God put us in the middle and gave us the vision to take care of our community through labor, business, and community rebuilding.
