The Omanikor family is following God's call and fostering/adopting a little boy in Uganda. Adoption is a beautiful picture of God's relationship with His children, and we are honored that God would call us to expand our family in this way. We know there will be difficult times on this journey, but we are excited for the growth that we will all encounter as well as for the opportunity to bless someone else.
We are raising funds to help cover some one time expenses as we move forward with this process. While the Children's home we are adopting from is not charging us fees, there are a fair amount of other expenses. Specific costs include lawyer fees, court fees, transportation, additional Ugandan paperwork fees and US legal fees. Countless times we have experienced God providing for all our needs and we trust, in His timing, that He will provide the finances as well as all the approvals for our son to join our family officially.
We're grateful for the opportunity to partner with others who want to stand with us during this season. Your support would mean so much to our family as we welcome our child home.
