After nearly three years of trying to conceive, my brother Jonathan and sister-in-law Gina have come to accept that due to Jonathan’s Cystic Fibrosis, having biological children is not likely possible for them. This has been a long and emotional road, but through much prayer and discernment, they feel ready and deeply called to begin the adoption process!

Our family is incredibly grateful to share that Jonathan and Gina have been accepted into an international adoption program through Lifeline, and they will be adopting from Hungary!

The next phase of this journey includes extensive paperwork, completing their home study, and then waiting to receive referrals from the Hungarian adoption agency. Once Jonathan and Gina are matched with a child, they will travel to Hungary and remain there for approximately 45 days to finalize the adoption and bring their child home.

The donations they receive will help cover travel expenses, in-country living expenses, time away from work, agency and program fees, and legal documentation required for their child.
