Help Us Give RadSystems the Runway

My name is Humphrey Okeke, founder of RadSystems LLC, a North Carolina technology company building tools that help businesses and developers create production-ready software faster. For the past several years, I have poured my savings, time, and energy into building RadSystems.

We have built and launched a real product. We have attracted thousands of downloads, acquired paying customers, generated revenue, and continued building largely through bootstrapping.

Today, we are developing our biggest evolution yet: RadSystems X, an AI-native software engineering platform designed for a world where AI can generate code in seconds, but businesses still need software that is structured, secure, maintainable, and scalable. We have reached the most critical point in our company's journey.

We have until February 2027

I want to be transparent about the urgency behind this campaign.

RadSystems has approximately six months to prove that this next chapter of the company can work.

By February 2027, we need to successfully launch RadSystems X, convert our enterprise opportunities into revenue, restart customer acquisition, and establish enough recurring revenue to sustain the business.

If we cannot accomplish that, our current financial runway will be exhausted, and RadSystems may have to cease operations.

After years of building, I don't want the reason this company ends to be that we ran out of runway just as our biggest opportunity was emerging.

That is why I am raising $250,000.

Not to fund an idea.

To give an existing company six critical months to execute.

Why this moment matters

AI is transforming software development at extraordinary speed. But while AI has made generating code easier, generating code is not the same as engineering reliable software. As AI-generated applications become larger and more complex, businesses still have to deal with architecture, security, permissions, databases, APIs, maintainability, deployment, governance, and long-term scalability. That is where we believe RadSystems X can make a difference. Instead of asking AI to continuously generate and rewrite an entire application, RadSystems X combines AI assistance with structured software engineering.

AI accelerates development.

RadSystems X provides the engineering discipline behind it.

We have already built something real

This isn't a company that exists only in a business plan.

RadSystems has already:

Generated revenue.

Built a paying customer base.

Recorded more than 4,500 product downloads.

Built and commercialized multiple generations of our technology.

And now, we are beginning to see validation for our Enterprise strategy.

Three businesses have signed MOUs for RadSystems Enterprise licenses at $35,000 annually, representing $105,000 in potential annual recurring revenue if successfully converted into paying contracts.

We are also pursuing larger implementation opportunities where RadSystems can generate professional-services revenue alongside recurring Enterprise software revenue.

Most recently, through the NVIDIA Global Program, we received $25,000 in AWS cloud credits to help support the infrastructure required to build and operate our technology. That support is meaningful, but cloud credits cannot pay engineers, acquire customers, implement enterprise projects, cover legal expenses, or provide operating runway.

Cash runway remains our biggest constraint.

My immigration journey made that lesson painfully clear

Building RadSystems has also been intertwined with my journey as an immigrant entrepreneur in the United States.

I pursued employment-based immigration pathways, including EB-2 and EB-1, but those efforts were unsuccessful.

One challenge was demonstrating sufficient financial strength and investment behind the company to support its ability to execute and advance the work being proposed.

We had technology.

We had customers.

We had revenue.

But we were still a bootstrapped startup without significant outside investment.

Then came another opportunity. I was selected in the H-1B lottery.

For me, that represented another chance to continue building my career and company in the United States. But selection alone wasn't enough.

There were legal and filing costs and strict deadlines involved. At the same time, our limited resources were already being stretched across development, infrastructure, operations, customer support, and other company expenses.

Because of those financial constraints, we were unable to complete the H-1B petition process within the required timeframe.

It was a difficult lesson:

Opportunity means very little if you don't have the resources to act when the opportunity arrives. I don't want RadSystems to learn that lesson again.

Instead of giving up, we rebuilt

Over the past several months, we made a difficult strategic decision. We reduced customer-acquisition activities and redirected our limited resources toward rebuilding the product. Our subscriber count declined during that period. But we believed continuing to aggressively market the existing product while AI was fundamentally reshaping software development would have been the wrong decision.

So we chose to build for what comes next.

That became RadSystems X.

Our goal is no longer simply to help people generate applications faster.

We want RadSystems X to help people engineer applications faster while preserving the structure required to maintain and scale them.

We also changed how we approach Enterprise customers.

Instead of simply selling a company a software license and expecting its team to implement everything, we can work with the customer to build its initial solution while it adopts RadSystems X.

Our three signed Enterprise MOUs provide early validation for this model.

Why we are raising $250,000

The purpose of this campaign is straightforward:

Give RadSystems enough runway to execute its go-to-market plan through February 2027 and reach financial sustainability.

The money will help us:

  1. Complete and launch RadSystems X
  2. Convert our $105,000 Enterprise MOU pipeline into paying contracts
  3. Execute an aggressive customer-acquisition campaign
  4. Support Enterprise implementations
  5. Fund critical engineering and product development
  6. Build sales and marketing capacity
  7. Cover essential legal and corporate expenses
  8. Support infrastructure beyond our available cloud credits
  9. Build customer case studies and measurable results
  10. Increase recurring revenue sufficiently to extend the company's runway beyond February 2027

This isn't indefinite funding.

There is a deadline, a plan, and measurable outcomes.

February 2027 is our line in the sand

By February, we need to demonstrate that RadSystems X can become a sustainable business.

  1. That means launching the product.
  2. Converting Enterprise customers.
  3. Growing recurring revenue.
  4. Restarting customer acquisition.
  5. Proving customers stay.
  6. And demonstrating that our new Enterprise strategy can scale.

If we succeed, revenue can begin financing the company's next stage.

If we don't, I have to accept that RadSystems may have reached the end of its journey.

That is difficult for me to write. I have invested years of my life into this company.

But I also believe anyone asking other people for financial support owes them transparency about what is at stake.

What your contribution gives us

Your contribution doesn't simply pay an expense.

It buys execution time.

  1. Another month for our engineers to build.
  2. Another Enterprise customer we can onboard.
  3. Another campaign we can run.
  4. Another product improvement we can ship.
  5. Another opportunity we can pursue without having to walk away because there isn't enough money in the bank.
  6. Most importantly, it gives RadSystems the opportunity to reach the point where customers, not donations, fund the company's future.

That is the goal.

One final opportunity to prove what we built

I have experienced what it feels like to have an opportunity in front of me and not have the financial resources required to take advantage of it.

I don't want that to happen again.

  1. We have built the technology.
  2. We have paying customers.
  3. We have generated revenue.
  4. We have thousands of product downloads.
  5. We have Enterprise commitments.
  6. We have received external infrastructure support.
  7. And we have a product being rebuilt around one of the largest technological shifts of our generation.

What we need now is runway.

Our target is $250,000. Our deadline is February 2027.

Our mission is to turn that runway into a launched product, paying Enterprise customers, growing recurring revenue, and a sustainable RadSystems.

If you believe in what we are building, I would be incredibly grateful for your support.

And if you cannot contribute financially, please share this campaign with entrepreneurs, investors, technologists, business owners, or anyone who believes founders deserve the opportunity to see what they can build.

We've come too far to stop without giving this our best shot.

Help us make these next six months count.

Thank you.
