If you've had the privilege of knowing Kat'tie, you probably know what kind of person she is.
She is always kind. Always positive. Always willing to smile, help, encourage someone, or simply make a hard day a little brighter. She has a way of making the people around her feel cared for, and she does it without ever asking for anything in return.
Right now, Kat'tie is the one who could use some encouragement.
A few weeks ago, Kat'tie learned that the roof on her home needs to be replaced. The estimated cost is around $15,000, which is a difficult expense for anyone to take on.
This past Sunday, September 27, Kat'tie lost her mom.
She is doing her best to be strong and keep moving forward, but losing your mom while facing a major home repair is a lot to carry at once.
Kat'tie isn't someone who would normally ask for help. Honestly, that's part of why we wanted to start this fundraiser for her. She spends so much of her life being a blessing to the people around her, it's our turn to bless her!
Our goal is to raise $22,000 to help Kat'tie replace the roof on her home and help ease the financial burden that comes with losing her mom and walking through this difficult season.
