Help Tommy Fight False Charges in Multnomah County

HELP FUND MY LEGAL DEFENSE

Patriots,

I’m raising money to fight the criminal allegations and prosecution coming at me from the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office.

I maintain I have been falsely accused. This prosecution is unjust. I need a real attorney to look at the facts, protect my rights, and stand with me in court.

How the money will be used

This is first and foremost to pay a lawyer and legal expenses. We’re still searching for the right attorney, so I don’t know the exact number yet.

Once we lock one in, I’ll update the goal based on the retainer and what the case is actually going to cost. If it costs more, the goal may go up. That’s just being honest.

If we raise more than the attorney ultimately needs, leftover funds may go toward other personal expenses and needs that come with dealing with this case and the fallout from it.

Money meant for legal representation will go straight to the attorney or law firm once I hire one.

I’m being transparent: the amount may change after a lawyer reviews everything. The goal can go up or down depending on what counsel requires.
