In light of the erosion of trust in our healthcare system over the past few years, many of us have begun to seek a "new way".  This is certainly my story.  I have turned away from the traditional system and pursued a new direction by obtaining a Certification as a Nutrition Counselor and as a Certified Natural Healthcare Provider.  My goal, is to eventually become a Certified Traditional Naturopath.

For now, and in the future, I would like to serve my community on a "pay as you can" basis (donation) as a Holistic Health Care Coach. 

I have met many people who (finally) want to get their health back on track but do not know where to start.  I can help any and all who sincerely would like to get their foundations of health in order and learn new ways to stay healthy. I will teach them to use what God has given us in nature to improve their health.  This includes teaching clients about:

• proper hydration
• using nutrition to recover and improve health
• understanding vitamins and minerals
• the importance of sleep's role in healing and health
• mental health support strategies
• herbal solutions to common health challenges
• and so much more...

This Give Send Go will be a place where people can go to donate to help fund my mission to:

"Help America Re-take Control of Our Health". 

$75 pays for 1 hour health consultation for a client in need

$25 funds a pH test for assessing the Acid/Base health of the body for 1 person

$70 covers cost of one month of liability insurance

$50 pays for access to "behind the pay wall" information and copy/material costs for 1 month

$300 pays for cost to prepare and provide materials for 1 community class of up to 10 people. This includes a pH test assessment for each participant.

$500 pays for 1 month tuition on my path to becoming a traditional naturopathy
