Hello! If you don't know us, we're the Lundt family. We've been blessed to adopt our three boys, and we feel called to adopt again (hopefully many more times). We've saved and budgeted for each adoption so far, and now we're raising funds to help cover expenses as we try to grow our family once again.
The average domestic adoption process averages over $60,000*, including home study fees, application fees, agency fees, birth mother expenses, and legal fees. We have also experienced a NICU stay, last-minute travel bookings, and unexpected medical costs/therapies. Since Kelly stepped away from her career a few years ago to take on the important role of raising our children, it has taken much longer to rebuild our adoption fund each time. It also averages 1-2** years to move through the adoption process from the home study through to matching and finalizing an adoption, so we are eager to get restarted.
