On Monday, June 8th, 2026, our brother (Bruv), fondly tolerated family member, barber extraordinaire, and sometimes pain in the a**, Kyle Lawson Hensley, was involved in a life-threatening accident while riding his scooter. 

Due to the location of the incident, Kyle received prompt action by state troopers and bystanders who immediately called upon and directed paramedics to the scene allowing a quick delivery to Vanderbilt University Medical Center professionals giving Kyle a fighting chance at life.

He suffered from multiple facial and rib fractures as well as significant swelling and bleeding of the brain that required emergency neuro surgery for blood evacuation. He also had a compound fracture in his leg that orthopedics were able to stabilize until the swelling subsides for further repairs. With each passing day, Kyle continues to improve and recover, but requires additional surgeries to repair his fractured leg followed by weeks of rehabilitation.  

While we are incredibly grateful that Kyle is alive and sincerely thank ALL of those that have been involved, the road to recovery is going to be long and physically demanding, requiring ongoing rehabilitation and physical therapy. This unfortunate situation has significantly impacted his life’s loves and passions- walks with his furry son, Winston Danger, sinking putts on the golf course and providing clean cuts to his bruvs & bros as a barber at Collins & Co. Not only will he not be unable to do the things that bring him the most happiness, the financial burden of this unexpected emergency has been overwhelming. Between the high hospital deductibles, surgery costs, and medication, the expenses are more than he can bear alone.

We are reaching out to our community for help. All donations will go directly toward Kyle's medical bills and the living expenses he will face while being unable to work during the recovery process. Every single contribution, no matter the size, makes a massive difference.
