Edrick Faust Appellate Defense

Edrick Faust is a small business owner, father, fiancé, and longtime resident of Athens, Georgia. Well known by his fellow citizens, he would be the first to tell you the best spot downtown to grab a burger. However, his world was turned upside down after a sudden arrest in 2024 while he was going through his normal weekly activities. He was shocked to learn that he had been mistakenly linked to a twenty-five-year-old cold case. After a lengthy wait and trial, Mr. Faust was convicted.

Mr. Faust's supporters, family, and friends are accepting donations which will be used to employ one of the top appellate firms in the country. Said donations will be used to pay legal fees for trial counsel and retained appellate counsel to challenge this miscarriage of justice in the Supreme Court of Georgia.
