Matt and Nicole Alexander took a stand to defend children. They were Christian teachers who were fired from public education for refusing to “celebrate and affirm” LGBTQ with children as young as three years old. 

Matt and Nicole are also the parents of Josh Alexander, the young man who took a stand against gender ideology and males in female spaces at his local high school. Josh was permanently barred from school and arrested for attending class. In addition, his brother Nick was attacked and cut with a blade by LGBTQ activists.

At the height of their sons’ activism, Matt was abruptly suspended from his teaching job due to online posts. Matt did not even have social media at the time. 

Several weeks later, Nicole arrived at her kindergarten classroom to find someone had posted a pride flag on her door. She noted it was not on any other nearby classroom door. She removed the flag and put it in a cupboard. Within hours, Nicole was pulled from her classroom and put under investigation. 

The Alexanders’ Charter rights and human rights were violated. Their union dropped them, and refused to take the case to arbitration. 

Matt and Nicole have endured massive financial harm for standing on their beliefs and refusing to bow to the LGBTQ agenda. They have had to sell the family home, and are retraining for new careers as they have been effectively cancelled from public education, despite Matt having over 20 years of unblemished service.
