My name is Lorence Hud. I have been appointed the creator of CHARTER RIGHTS FOR ALL but the credit for this campaign  belongs to the righteous private citizens and professionals who are working pro bono behind the scenes, including world class webmasters who are outraged by the many violations of my Charter Rights and are publishing the Court Record FACTS for the public good on the LORENCE HUD OFFICIAL WEBSITE  https://www.lorencehud.com/..

I was first encouraged to sacrifice my privacy for the good of the people and tell my story on a global funding platform by the good folks at Homeowners Against Secret Tax Sales.

What began as a campaign for the rights of homeowners has turned into a Movement for the rights of EVERYONE and that is what led to the launch of CHARTER RIGHTS FOR ALL.

Homeowners Against Secret Tax Sales has naturally evolved into this new campaign for the Charter rights of every man, woman and child living in Canada, whether they own a home or not, and the good folks at Homeowners Against Secret Tax Sales believe that what I have gone through will help this campaign accomplish its mission to uphold the Charter rights of ALL Canadians, so I was happy to accept when I was asked to lend my name and tell my story here at CHARTER RIGHTS FOR ALL.

The Canadian Crown illegally and violently seized my home and Tax Records on July 18, 2017, after which the FALSE CHARGES were withdrawn by the Crown in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on July 15, 2019, after which, on September 26, 2019, the Crown/OPP returned my firearms and firearms licence but did not return my home or Tax Records, after which the Crown charged me again and again with the SAME FALSE CHARGES, after which the Crown DROPPED the SAME FALSE CHARGES for the third time in the Ontario Court of Justice where, on May 26, 2020, The Honourable Mr. Justice P. Bradley Ordered that my Charter Rights Case be adjourned to set a Date for the Hearing, after which it was adjourned ten times until the Date was finally FIXED BY THE COURT to be November 22, 2021, for the Hearing of my Charter Rights Case, which Crown Counsel began by telling the Court, "So Your Honour, what we're here on is a reference hearing.", after which my Charter Rights Hearing was aborted, without my knowledge, and replaced with the illegally convened "reference hearing", after which my Charter Rights Case in the Supreme Court of Canada was dismissed without a Hearing, after which a Hearing was held in the Tax Court of Canada on October 24, 2023, where I cogently questioned the Constitutional validity of the Income Tax Act that purportedly authorized the Crown to seize my funds for not filing a tax return while refusing to return my home and necessary tax records that are required to lawfully file a tax return - but the Tax Court of Canada rejected my request to be returned to my home pursuant to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

The Hearing in the Tax Court of Canada turned out to be a stepping stone for my Charter Rights Case, which is now in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Court Record Evidence, which was filed by the Supreme Court of Canada, conclusively proves that my Charter Rights have been violated many times, so it is only a matter of time before I win my Charter Rights Case, which will benefit EVERYONE living in Canada.
