Emerge Mentoring is Mentoring for Teens in Foster Care.

Every year in America, over 23,000 teens leave foster care without a consistent adult to guide them. Too often, they face this transition alone, without steady support, and without hope.

At Emerge Mentoring we are building we are building Relational Lifelines, mobilizing and equipping everyday people to step into the lives of youth ages 14–17 in foster care. Our mentors aren’t paid. They show up faithfully, week after week, simply because they care.
