8-year-old Judah has spent nearly two years bravely battling leukemia, undergoing every prescribed dose of chemotherapy while his parents support him with safe, doctor-disclosed integrative therapies to mitigate chemo damage. Their dedication worked — Judah is cancer free with minimal chemo side effects, and now 21 months into remission.

But instead of celebrating his recovery, the St. Jude Affiliate Clinic in Charlotte, NC accused the family of medical “non-compliance” simply because Judah’s health exceeded expectations. Despite hiring a private nurse to document home medication adherence and with lab evidence of the chemo in his system, the hospital filed a CPS report and dismissed him from their care. This loving family is under unnecessary investigation and immense emotional strain because Judah's health success has been twisted into suspicion.
