Support Thomas Sewell's High Court Challenge.

On 15 May 2026 the Australian Government banned a political party - The White Australia Party.

Rather than engage in genuine political debate about government policies that are destroying Australia, the Government has instead banned an opposing political party. In doing so it has revealed itself to be a dangerous tyrant afraid of the will of the Australian people.

The Government's ban came after the White Australia Party made an application on ANZAC Day for registration as a political party, with the aim of providing Australians with a genuine political vehicle to resist and oppose the ongoing destruction of our nation and our standard of living.

In response the government banning, the White Australia Party Inc as first plaintiff and myself as second plaintiff commenced a proceeding in the High Court of Australia, challenging the constitutional validity of the legislation that allows the government to ban an opposing political party.

The case is M50/2026 The White Australia Party and Thomas Anthony Sewell v The Commonwealth of Australia and Ors.

This is a landmark case which is listed for a two-day hearing before the Full Court of the High Court of Australia in September 2026.

Our challenge seeks to protect the right of all Australians to politically communicate and organise, now and for those generations to come. Our case will also have a political flow on effect to other nations in the Anglosphere such as the UK, Canada and New Zealand, who face similar draconian legislation.

All donations are to me, the second plaintiff, as the government has made supporting the White Australia Party a crime, punishable by 10 years imprisonment. All donations will go towards the legal battle for free speech and political communication in Australia.
