On 15 May 2026 the Australian Government banned a rival political party — the White Australia Party.

Instead of debating the Party’s policies or competing against it at the ballot box, the government simply banned it and made political association with it a crime.

In doing so the current Australian Government has revealed itself to be a dangerous tyrant afraid of the ballot box and the will of the Australian people.

The Government's ban came after the White Australia Party made an application on ANZAC Day 2026 for registration as a political party. The Party's aim is to provide Australians with a genuine political vehicle to resist and oppose the ongoing destruction of our nation and our standard of living by incompetent politicians and their establishment parties.

Thomas Sewell (National President of the White Australia Party Inc) and the Party have challenged the ban in the High Court of Australia (Case M50/2026). The case will be heard by the Full Court in September 2026.

This is not just about one party.

This High Court challenge seeks to protect the right of all Australians to politically communicate and organise. This case will also have a political flow on effect to other nations in the Anglosphere such as the UK, Canada and New Zealand, whose people face similar draconian legislation.
