Starting A Native Plant Nursery

I'm in the process of starting a native plant nursery operation. I would greatly appreciate any support. I still need to build a few more seed frames for starting native seeds over the winter. Native plants contribute tons of resources to the local ecosystem, their roots help water penetrate the soil better and prevent erosion and lower flood levels. Many native insects like butterflies require certain host plants (often native perennial flowers) to live. These plants are also generally more durable and hold up to the weather better, as well as offering unique not often seen (unfortunately) blooms and foliage. These plants also provide valuable shelter and food sources to native birds and mammals. I want to keep the costs of the plants low so that they're attainable for everyone to have a good variety of blooms. Soil is also an extreme expense as it must be purchased in bulk (often 3+ cubic yards or more) to lower the cost. If I'm successful I will have established the only native plant nursery in my region, and if I do well enough I plan on starting a plant donation program where free plants are given to people who order. My current goal is to have at least 1000 native plants growing by the spring, I have seeds for more than 50 species currently. Any money donated will go to buying wood to build tables, mulch, soil, seed starting supplies (trays, vermiculite, perlite, etc), irrigation supplies (low pressure poly tubing irrigation), native seeds. I've basically been working towards this my whole adult life and am really close to getting there I just need to scale things up. I am no longer gonna do the grow bag method and instead switch to forestry seed trays to sell plugs, as well as treepots, this will save space time and money as well as make the end plants cheaper for the customer. I'm also considering growing skinnier plugs for people to use in restoration projects with mass plantings.
