AFTER CAMPAIGNING EVERY DAY FOR TEN YEARS TO SAVE ABANDONED ARCHITECTURALLY SIGNIFICANT CHURCHES THAT CLOSE IN AN ALARMING RATE OF 6 TO 10,000 A YEAR, I AM STILL STRUGGLING TO SAVE THEM AND DROWNING IN TAX LIENS AND LEAKING ROOFS.
I own 2 #Churches in #Pennsylvania that both have leaking #roofs
Most churches close because of the cost of roof replacement, running mechanicals gas etc. so I would like to adapt to clean energy and add solar roofing and making them more affordable.
Many of these buildings are architectural marvels and deserve to be restored and giving a new lease of life
Presently I am trying to RAISE funds to replace the roofs as have not been able to secure an investor or any financing.
Here’s a recent interview I did.. forward >>18 minsThe Rust Belt - First Impressions 🇺🇸Peter Santenello 3.53M subscribershttps://youtu.be/2qZDkXNgbwQFYI - TV segment on myself and the church post 1st robbery. I have had 5 more breaks ins since then !
ST LIKES closed in 2007 and it is beautiful.

1903 Evangelical church Union ave Mckeesport 15132 has 3 layers of rotting shingle destroying the beautiful woof pannelled interior ceiling.
If they are not replaced there is a chance of buildings not surviving.
Feel free to research ownership. I have owned both for over 9 years.
