An exclusive interview with Bill Gothard, founder of the Institute in Basic Life Principles, was conducted at his home in September of 2023 in response to the Amazon Prime propaganda piece Shiny Happy People, Duggar Family Secrets, and to address the allegations against him in the 2016 repressed memories lawsuit, among other controversies.
Pointed questions specifically about the allegations made in the documentary were asked as well as questions about his response to accusations that his teachings promote abuse.
Bill Gothard has never done a lengthy sit-down interview in his life. This is the only one. I am raising funds for the formatting and production of the raw footage, and for the editing and release of the interview, along with a few other interviews with those involved.
