For the past year, I have been pursuing two major legal actions—one in federal court and one in the Nevada Supreme Court—centered on a single foundational principle: election records must be preserved, not destroyed. These cases are driven by law, evidence, and duty—not politics—and they have now produced something unprecedented in Nevada:
The Nevada Attorney General, through required filings and silence in federal court, has effectively conceded that the State destroyed 2024 election records that federal law requires to be preserved.
This is not a theory.
This is not speculation.
This is what the State’s own filings and non-responses legally establish.
When a defendant is required to respond and does not respond, the court deems the facts conceded. That is what happened here. The AG’s silence is not an accident; it is a legal event with enormous consequences. And it confirms precisely what the evidence in both lawsuits already showed: critical election data was overwritten and is now gone forever.
These cases have grown far larger than my personal stake. They now sit at the intersection of:
• Federal record-retention law
• Spoliation and Rule 37(e)
• Constitutional injury
• Public trust in elections
• Transparency in government action
The public has heard only pieces of this story, but the legal record is clear, detailed, and overwhelming. To ensure that every Nevadan—and every American who cares about election transparency—can review the evidence themselves, I am building a public-facing website that will house:
• The filings in both cases
• The timeline of admitted destruction
• The legal concessions arising from the AG’s silence
• Expert declarations
• Exhibits, technical reports, and the documentary record
The website is a tool, not the centerpiece.
The centerpiece is the truth, and the truth is found in these cases, in the filings, and in what the State has failed—and refused—to deny.
Your support will help cover essential costs associated with:
• Maintaining and updating the public record
• Preparing documents for publication
• Hosting and securing the evidence
• Communicating developments clearly as the cases progress
I am handling the legal work myself, and I will continue to do so. The goal of this campaign is simply to make sure the public has access to the evidence that is already shaping the outcome of these lawsuits.
If you believe the public deserves to see the truth for themselves…
If you believe that transparency strengthens trust rather than undermines it…
If you believe that government must follow the law and preserve records…
Then I invite you to stand with me.
This is about preserving the evidence, preserving the record, and preserving the integrity of our elections.
Every gift helps. Every prayer matters. And the truth is worth defending.
