Protect the GA GOP Ballot from RINO Raffensperger!

Help Protect the Georgia Republican Ballot from RINO Brad Raffensperger

After the 2025 GAGOP State Convention voted to ban him from the Republican Primary Ballot, Brad Raffensperger qualified with the GAGOP against the explicit instructions of the party delegates. Help us challenge Raffensperger’s qualification in court and pursue legal action to protect the Republican ballot from fake Republicans.

BACKGROUND

Hello! Our names are Brandyn James and Harvey Wysong.

Brandyn: I’m a 31-year old member of the Catoosa GOP and served as a delegate to the 2025 Georgia Republican Party convention. I first became involved in conservative politics when I started attending county commission meetings in 2023.

Harvey: I am a retired Marine Veteran and activist in the Whitfield County GOP, and also a delegate to the 2025 Georgia Republican Party State Convention.

Over our years of involvement we’ve been shocked by Brad Raffensperger’s record. Georgia continues to make national headlines for our faulty election system, and our Secretary of State has been opposed to basic, common sense election integrity efforts. For instance:

In 2022, the Dominion voting systems in DeKalb County declared the wrong winners in the District 2 Commission race. When this was proven, it alarmed many voters in DeKalb County, and across the state. We were appalled to learn that Brad Raffensperger actively resisted attempts to audit this and other races, to verify the accuracy of the results.

Why wouldn’t a "Republican" Secretary of State not want to audit more races when the Dominion system obviously delivered an erroneous outcome that had to be corrected?

Then, it was infuriating to hear that Brad Raffensperger actually opposed allowing citizens to examine Fulton County ballots that appeared to be counterfeit. He even filed an Amicus Brief against the plaintiffs in the case trying to look at the ballots.

Brad Raffensperger was responsible for allowing $45 Million from a Zuckerberg funded Democrat non-profit (called “Zuckerbucks”) to influence Georgia elections—through an organization called Center for Technology and Civic Life.

We learned that way back in 2019, shortly after he was elected, Mr. Raffensperger hosted an “Election Security Round Table” with David Becker whose work is widely known to be funded by George Soros.

That wasn’t the only time he trusted George Soros funded entities. What company did he hire to conduct the hand count audit of the 2020 election? Voting Works, a George Soros funded leftist non-profit that provides voting machines and elections software

Raffensperger’s record is inexcusable. No one who is a true Republican would repeatedly make our elections vulnerable by trusting so many aggressive Democrat-connected entities.

We aren’t the only ones who have trouble trusting the Secretary of State’s office. A U.S. District Court found Mr. Raffensperger’s office to be “flatly not credible” (see page 70 of Curling v Raffensperger) when they provided phony excuses for destroying evidence

“Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.” We had to do something.

If someone repeatedly plays Benedict Arnold and betrays his own party and the party’s commitment to fair, honest elections, the party shouldn’t be expected to accept his candidacy for the next election—and we didn’t.

GA REPUBLICAN PARTY DEFIES CONVENTION DELEGATES TO QUALIFY RAFFENSPERGER

On June 7, 2025 we gathered with over a thousand other Republicans in Dalton for the GA GOP State convention. Republican delegates like us were fed up, so we voted in favor of a motion instructing the party

“... It is resolved that the Georgia Republican Party shall not qualify, allow to be qualified, or take any action to allow Brad Raffensperger to qualify as a Republican or run for any elected office unless and until a GAGOP Convention removes this restriction; and ...”

This was perfectly legal and constitutional. The Republican Party has a right to not associate with candidates they believe do not represent their values. This was perfectly legal and constitutional. The Republican Party has a right to not associate with candidates they believe do not represent their values. This was recently affirmed by the federal 11th Circuit Court

But on March 4th, Brad Raffensperger appeared before the Georgia Republican Party and the administrators allowed him to qualify as a Republican candidate for Governor! We were outraged.

How dare they disregard the will of the delegates? What is the point of holding a state convention and delegates conducting business if the business they pass with majority votes can just be overridden anytime the party officers disagree with their decisions?

The instructions in the motion passed by the convention body was clear. There was no ambiguity about what was supposed to happen if Brad Raffensperger attempted to qualify on the Republican ballot. He should have been denied. The GA GOP officers or administrators did not have the legal authority to qualify him. They had a duty to follow through and execute the instructions of the convention, and they didn’t do it. So we took action.

On March 20th we both separately filed a legal candidate challenge which laid out our case that the qualification of Brad Raffensperger by the Republican Party was illegal, an abuse of authority, and violated our rights as GOP delegates.

But that challenge has been dismissed by the Secretary of State’s office, so now we have to take further legal action to pursue justice

We were excited to find an attorney who is willing to help us file the appropriate motion for the next step, but attorney fees aren’t cheap. Can you pitch in to help us?

HOW YOU CAN HELP

To follow through on our case, here's what we expect we will need initially:

• Initial Retainer: $2,500

• Attorney Fees: $10,000

• Other Court Costs: $3,000

We think we will eventually need a total of $45,000. This could turn into a long legal battle.

We got involved in the Republican Party because we wanted to make it better. We want the party to follow its platform and stand for its biblical values. If rotten, corrupt, fake Republicans, continue getting a free pass to run on our ballot, the party means nothing, and stands for nothing. If delegates like ourselves can be defrauded by a convention system and party leaders that act autonomously, disregarded their own bylaws, that lawlessness will destroy the party from the inside.

That’s why we're committed to helping the GOP remain true to its platform and to its bylaws by holding them accountable. Will you help us?

The Republican Party’s “freedom of association” rights were violated. Our rights were violated. This injustice needs to stop so the Republican Party can be successful. You can participate with us in this fight by making a donation of any amount.

For liberty,

Brandyn James and Harvey Wysong
