Please Help Paul Spartos

On March 4, 2026, the world stopped as Paul and his family learned of a mass on his pancreas. After two weeks of testing, he was informed he has stage 3 pancreatic cancer. Due to the size and position of the tumor, the doctors have begun an aggressive six-month chemo treatment to shrink the tumor.

In the meantime, between juggling insurance, medications, and doctor’s appointments it has come to the attention of the family that we need help.

And with chemo treatment comes many expenses (gas, medication, bills, time, stress, etc.). We ask for your prayers and any donation that is within your personal means be made to help ease the costs ahead for the Spartos family. Donations of any kind are welcome to the family: meals, time, even monetary.

Your donation(s) will be going toward the payments needed where insurance does not cover the whole cost of any treatments or doctor appointments. This will also assist Sparky to maintain his PPO health insurance so he may continue receiving the high quality care that he deserves.

Paul Spartos, also known as Sparky, is a man of many hats. He is a very devoted husband, a selfless father, devoted son of God, and newly received the title of world’s goofiest grandfather.

Sparky has worked hard his whole life for the family he has now. In his twenties he worked many jobs. From international and domestic sales, to construction, even to working room service at the Four Seasons, finally settling in as a CA Real Estate Agent, and if you are lucky, you have met Pavlo the Greek gardener/handyman. He has excelled and rose to the occasion in every challenge. In the early 2000s, he began working from home in the automotive aftermarket custom wheel industry to always be close to his wife (Becki) and their four daughters (the Sparketz) every chance he was given. This led to working in three time zones and late overseas calls with his girls asleep on his lap or next to him on the floor. He still cherishes those memories. Never missing any school events, birthdays, games, or bedtime routines. He has dedicated every moment to taking care of and providing for his family all while just being a shout away down the hall.

Sparky is the man who will teach you what you need to succeed while he also gives you the shirt off his back. Being a soft place to land for his daughters and his wife has helped the family for years. This is the man that his closest friends, his loving wife, and daughters know and love.

We thank you and bless you for all help that you have provided for the family.

May you have a blessed day and weeks ahead.

Thank you,

Paul, Becki, and the Sparketz

The Spartos Clan also asks that you pray the following:

Dear God,

We come to you in our time of need as we ask that you provide our family and friends with strength and courage that is only available from you oh Christ. For the doctors to have the required knowledge, for you to guide their healing hands. We ask Lord that you guide us in these hard times, that we seek you in our doubts and worries. That You may use your mercy and allow us all to be calm in harsh waters. Lord, we ask that Paul’s body is able to not only withstand the chemo and surgeries ahead, but that his body may overcome and build back stronger. Lord, we thank you for all these gifts that you have provided. We thank you for the time we have and the times ahead. For your mercy and love, your grace, and your warmth as they wash us all. We thank you for your Son who died on the cross so that we may delight in your glory. And that we may have this direct call upon you Lord when we know not what will happen or how, when we are scared and worried. We thank and praise you O’ God. In your name we pray.

Amen.

“For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives, so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God,”
