New Americans from South Africa need tires badly.

New Americans from South Africa need tires badly.

Here's the story: I met Michael 2 months ago when they were granted refugee status by the American government so they could escape the extreme violence and racism against the Boers still remaining in SA. Michael is married to Lichelle and they have a miracle baby boy, 2 years old, they call the Little Patriot.

The relocation NGO has put them in an apartment complex used to transition ex-cons, mental health cases, etc. It has black mold, crime, etc. located in East Charlotte. They have almost no money to speak of.

Michael is working for Spectrum now and should be getting his first paycheck soon. Lichelle stays home because it would cost more to put their kid in daycare than for her to work. And trust me, you don't want your kid in any daycare near them.

Someone was kind enough to donate an old F150 to Michael. He drives 40 miles per day to work. And drives his wife and son on these tires. Winter is coming. He needs new tires.

My mechanic and friend has graciously offered to sell the tires at cost and mount and balance them. We just need to raise a few bucks for him.

Any help is appreciated. Let's get this Patriot family a safe set of tires.
