I am going to honor my sweet my mother and the grandmother I never met, who both lost their battle to breast cancer, by walking for the cure on October 31st.
If you know me, itās evident the impact breast cancer has had on my family. The loss feels immeasurable. No matter how much time passes, the void never seems to lessen.
In an effort to always make the loss make sense, I have decided to enter another fundraiser this month.
I NEED YOUR HELP.
I have set a goal to raise 6k, because my mother fought this awful disease for 6 years.
I want to pay it forward, it helps me to help
others.
This event allows for a place where those who are fighting, those who are survivors. and those who mourn a lost battle to gather.
We can share.
We can cry.
We can offer a shoulder or a much needed hug.
We can be angry.
We can be grateful.
We can spread love.
And with your contribution we can have an hand in fighting back!
This year, my goal is to not only make my largest donation to date, but to also honor many women alongside my mother.
I will fill my tshirt with names of women who breast cancer has affected.
