On Thursday, September 17th, my fiancé Juston and his family lost their home in a fire. It started in the garage and quickly spread through the entire house, including the bedrooms of his two children, ages 13 and 11. They lost everything to fire, smoke, or water damage, and the house will have to be torn down to be rebuilt.
The family got out of the house with only the pajamas they were wearing, so they are starting over with nothing. They have no clothes, no shoes, no school supplies, and none of the basic essentials they need day to day. Juston's job requires that he wears scrubs. His liners and other supplies for his prosthetic leg are ruined along with his shower leg, which is not covered by insurance. All their food was destroyed and lost. It has been such a devastating lost to go through.
This fundraiser will help with the most immediate needs: clothes, food, daily necessities, and supplies for their dog. Any support will help them replace essentials and get through these early days after such a devastating loss.

Update 9/20/26: Juston and his family are doing the best they can although Juston is overwhelmed. He realized the zero-turn mower was in the garage and is gone along with many other lawn care items and tools. He lost his computer for school and so much else.
Update 9/27/26: Thank you to all who have supported Juston and his family. Right now, the biggest need is for a new shower leg for Juston. He is a below knee amputee and his normal prosthetic cannot go into water, so he has to have a second leg that will work in the shower and is non-corrosive. He told me he remembers the feeling of freedom the first time he was able to step back to grab soap and not have to sit in the shower. Not to mention the danger of having to work himself in and out of the shower without his leg. Sadly, insurance companies view shower legs as a luxury item, rather than medically necessary, so he has to pay out of pocket for it. They cost between $3,000-$5,000. This is his greatest need right now.
