Defending Lutheran HS Students and Community

We are calling for legal action against CHSAA, media outlets, and individuals who publicly accused Lutheran HS football players, coaches, fans, parents, administration, the entire school organization and community of racism. We are seeking the truth at all costs for the betterment of our community and school. We will demand evidence through subpoenas and sworn depositions. Students deserve the opportunity to defend their reputations against unsubstantiated accusations. CHSAA has placed the entire Lutheran HS athletics program on 12 months’ probation. We need to pursue legal action, hold accusers accountable, and protect the students from damaging allegations and violence in person and online. Donations will help fund this legal action.
