David has led the way not only in Minnesota, but across the USA. Despite working in Construction for the past 42 years, he devoted every waking moment to uncovering the fraud that everyone now knows about. I have been his friend for more than 35 years, and I can say he is the most selfless, dedicated person I have ever known. He has never accepted a dime for any of the many thousands of hours he spent working on this issue. Now, his health is failing (he has incurable CRPS), and he has great concerns for his safety; he has been physically assaulted twice - once by a guy with a knife - for uncovering this fraud.
