Help with accident costs and lost income from both

On July 2nd, I was hit by a black BMW on the Center Street Bridge. He was at fault and underinsured. My insurance won't cover the damage because I was on a rideshare trip at the time. I'm facing a $2,500 deductible through Lyft's insurance, and I lost about $1,800 in income while my car was being repaired.

Now I'm dealing with something else: I just had surgery that will keep me housebound for the next four weeks. I won't be able to work during my recovery, which means losing another $3,000 in income.
