💙Alphonzo Jerome Butler passed away unexpectedly on September 9, 2026, with his wife Cristina by his side. Alphonzo also leaves behind his 4 teenaged children, Alfonso, Alejandra, Angelina (triplets), and Ana Cristina.

The Butler's first priority for their family has been to raise their children to know and follow Jesus Christ. Alphonzo was a true godly example of this in the way he lived his life for his family and others. Even as he had his own medical and physical challenges, he was known for putting others first. He has left his family and friends a powerful legacy that always points to his unwavering faith in Jesus Christ as his Savior and Lord.

Education for the children has always been a passion for Alphonzo and Cristina. Alphonzo was instrumental in providing a quality education through homeschooling his kids and leading them toward attending higher education in the future.

With the loss of Alphonzo comes new and unexpected financial challenges for the family. Cristina is trusting in the Lord to provide for them. Many have asked how they can help in this time of great loss. She humbly and thankfully agreed to allow this funding request to be set up and shared for those who desire to help in this way. The funds that are raised will be used toward both the family's immediate needs, as well as future education for the children.

Cristina sees and appreciates how much Alphonzo was loved by so many through your comments and calls. She continues to have steadfast faith in her Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ, throughout her loss and pain. Thank you so much for your continued prayers and for your generosity.
