Hi friends and family. ❤️

I’ve created this fundraiser to help Marilyn and Tristan, my daughter and son-in-law, who moved to Arizona in September 2023. They have enjoyed their time and new experiences there and being close to Tristan’s parents in Arizona. They are wonderful people.

As many of you know, circumstances in our family have changed. Tristan and Marilyn had originally planned to move back this September but couldn’t really afford the cost, so they decided to put it off for another year.

Recently, she began a new job which gives her the flexibility to work from anywhere. Since her husband is in a transition phase with his career, they decided they are ready to get back to Texas this September. The only obstacle they faced was the cost. Moving is going to cost approximately $2600 in total.

Due to the forced retirement I needed to take because of my husband’s recent diagnosis, we, too, are now very limited in our finances due to medical costs and living off retirement. However, I really felt it was important to have my daughter and son-in-law close.

This fundraiser was set up to help with the move cost, part of which I am helping to fund. We are not asking for the full cost to be covered by donations—only a portion.

Your donation of ANY amount to help cover part of the expenses for Marilyn and Tristan to get back home and be with our family are so very much appreciated.

I am trusting in God to provide just as he has provided in so many ways—financially, emotionally, physically and spiritually—since the devastating change in my husband’s health last December and the consequential financial circumstances we face since he can no longer work, and I lost my employment due to his condition.
