Ariella’s Move

I’m asking for help with the unexpected financial burden of having to move from my current home.

My landlords have sold the apartment I’ve been living in, and I have a limited window of time to find a new home and move. I didn’t initiate this move, and unfortunately, moving is especially challenging for me because I live with a permanent health disability that affects me both physically and financially.

I’m trying to make this transition as carefully and responsibly as I can, but there are more expenses involved than simply hiring movers.

I’m expecting costs for the movers, as well as a short period of overlap between my current apartment and my new home while I make the transition. I will also need to hire someone to thoroughly clean my current apartment after I have moved out, since I’m not physically able to do that work myself.

I’m setting a fundraising goal of $4,000 to help cover these moving-related expenses and give me a little breathing room during what is already a stressful transition.

I know that times are difficult for many people, and I don’t take it lightly to ask for help. Whether you are able to contribute financially or simply share this fundraiser with someone who might be able to help, I would be deeply grateful.
