ITSAC Is IT Staffing Augmentation Contracts With Texas State Agencies.

You are funding a 10-week long project to do the following:

What I Will Do:

1. Audit EVERY Purchase Order, Solicitation, and Other Documents For EVERY ITSAC and Staffing Contract Records across ALL Texas State Agencies.
2. Audit Forgiven PPP Loan data for the Vendor Companies. PPP Loans were for the purpose of continuing payroll during lost business from Covid. Companies that exclusively serve government did not lose any business.
3. Combine The Data Into A Database For Texas IT Workers to compete for those jobs. That database will have names and contact info for all department procurement persons, and prime vendors.
4. I will create an account on the Texas CMBL, and when solicitations are published, publish them on X with contact info.
5. File Open Record Requests with each Agency that uses ITSAC and other Contract Staff Augmentation.
6. Document it all on X. Daily progress reports.
7. Use email campaigns to internal Texas state agency contacts and vendor contacts to let them know this is in progress, and to notify them that The IT Contractors Union has access to thousands of American IT Workers, and to include The IT Contractors Union in all department solicitations for Staff Augmentation.
8. Use Bid-Protests to protest awards of contracts to H1B workers, or to Indians over American.
9. Self-Host The IT Contractors Union website to replace the GitHub Site that was taken down.
10. Create an automated Bid-Protest system that will generate pre-printed Bid Protest forms that you can get notarized and mail in.

How I Will Do It:

1. Use AI to download and process EVERY Purchase Order and other Attachments to contract records from the Texas State Legislative Budget Board, and create a database of that information. Why I Am Doing This:

1. As an IT Contractor of more than 30 years, I have had to deal with the IT Staffing scam for decades. It needs to stop.
2. As a Business Person, I have every reason to get rid of worthless middlemen.
3. As an experienced Fraud Investigator attacking the Indian IT Scam, I know that whatever pattern of fraud I see in a small set of data will be the norm across the whole set.
4. Since 95% of The Texas Railroad Commission ITSAC contractors are Indians, supplied by body shops, there is every reason to believe it will be that way across all Agencies.
5. That level of infestation is exactly what to expect from Indian people, and is such severe Anti-American discrimination that is guaranteed to open up jobs for Americans, once it gets reported.
6. Foreign workers have no place earning revenue from American government jobs.
