Every single day, our military veterans and first responders put everything on the line to protect our communities and our nation. They run toward danger when others run away. But the invisible weight of service, trauma, hypervigilance, physical pain, and isolation doesn’t simply vanish when the shift ends or the uniform comes off.

Too many of our heroes return home feeling disconnected, fighting battles long after the call has cleared.

At Still Waters Fellowship of Texas, we believe that true restoration happens when we unplug from the noise, step into God’s creation, and connect with peers who understand the road we’ve walked.

Our Mission: Healing on the Water

Still Waters Fellowship is a faith-based outdoor ministry dedicated to providing 100% cost-free guided kayak fishing trips, outdoor fellowship, and brotherhood to veterans and first responders.

We take small groups out on quiet Texas waters for a full day of purposeful angling, fresh air, and candid conversation. Out on the water, rank disappears, the walls come down, and real healing can begin.

Every trip is completely free to the participant. We cover all equipment, launch fees, safety gear, tackle, and meals.

Why We Need Your Help Today: Launching the Fleet

To launch our guided trips this coming season, we are raising funds to build and rig a dedicated, safe, and fully accessible kayak fishing fleet.

2. Safety & Navigation Gear: USCG-approved auto-inflatable PFDs, marine radios, first aid, and visibility lights.

4. Multi-Boat Transport Trailer: Safely moving and launching gear across regional lakes.
