My name is Shawn Gilley. I'm a husband, a father, and a golfer who believes it's not too late to chase the biggest dream of my life.

For the past 3 years, I've competed, trained, and traveled entirely out of pocket — all while working full-time to provide for my family. Every swing has been documented. Every entry fee has been earned the hard way. I'm not asking anyone to hand me a career. I'm asking for help carrying a weight I've been carrying alone.

A real shot at PGA Tour qualifiers and mini-tour events — and beyond that, a place called the St. Michael Golf Academy, where kids and adults who never had access to this game get to fall in love with it, and get a second chance most of them were never offered.

My kids are watching. I want them to see that when life doesn't hand you a shortcut, you build the road yourself — with faith, grit, and refusal to quit. That lesson only means something if I actually live it out, in front of them, in real time.
