The Medical Lake Community Outreach program supports low-income and disabled families in the Medical Lake and Four Lakes area who are facing eviction, utility shutoffs, or other financial hardship.

We help families address essential needs and connect them with resources that promote stability and self-sufficiency.

1. Rent and utility assistance to help prevent loss of housing or essential services.
2. Public transportation support so individuals can access work, medical appointments, and other important destinations.
3. Clothing vouchers to ensure individuals and families have appropriate attire for changing seasons and essential needs.
4. Referrals to community resources, including food banks, aging and long-term care services, tenant rights guidance, legal assistance, and SNAP benefits.

In 2025, we provided assistance to 78 households, serving approximately 312 clients. However, several additional households could not be assisted because funding was limited. As the cost of living continues to rise, including higher rent and utility costs, the need for reliable outreach support remains urgent.

Long-Term Funding

Medical Lake Community Outreach is funded entirely through grants and community donations. With appropriate documentation and within available resources, we work to meet each family's needs. Your support helps us continue providing vital assistance to neighbors in our community.
