Julia's Scoliosis Surgery

At just 12 years old, Julia Moon is facing a critical medical battle. She suffers from severe scoliosis—her spine is rotated and curved in multiple directions, and specialists have warned that the risk of spinal collapse has increased significantly. Recent X-rays show her curve progressing at an alarming rate of 5 degrees per week, and Julia has recently begun having a hard time getting a deep breath as her spine compresses her chest.

Doctors are recommending surgery as soon as possible to stabilize her spine and protect her breathing.

Julia is a bright, joyful 12-year-old who loves reading, baking, horses, writing, playing volleyball, and spending time with her family. She has a deep passion for serving—whether helping with the preschool ministry at church or helping lead worship for the kids. Even after some of her hardest medical treatments, you can still find Julia singing praise songs to Jesus without complaint. Everywhere she goes, she shines His light and love to those around her.

While her family has faithfully managed her specialized care over the years, the cost of this major surgery creates a significant financial hurdle. We are raising funds to help cover Julia's surgical expenses so her family can focus entirely on her recovery during this time.
