It has been 8 months since Greg survived his horrific accident and he is still fighting to heal to this day! Our family wants to give a big THANK YOU to all of you who have been following, praying, supporting and giving all along Greg’s journey toward recovery. He had his long awaited surgery to remove his broken sacrum and pin together his pelvis for stabilization, and he began physical therapy to attempt sitting upright and standing. When they first got him weight bearing, it was discovered that he had a fractured tibia at the knee on his right leg. He has continued his therapy and was recently discharged home again. Jessi was able to graduate with her Master’s in Social Work, moved their household and prepared a place for Greg at home. He was so thrilled to be home with his family and yet, he has so much farther to go on his healing path. Original post- I am seeking support and raising funds for my brother Greg Johnson after a horrific car accident on September 22nd has left him in critical condition in ICU. Greg has multiple internal injuries and many broken bones. We are praying for complete and miraculous healing and asking for anyone who can donate to help to unburden his wife as she supports the weight of the household while he faces many surgeries and uncertain outcomes.
