Our newest client, referred to us by my pastor’s sister, is a mother of four children—two are school age and a set of one-year-old twins. She is a witness to being prolife by choosing to have her twins in a time when her life was very unstable.

She arrived in the United States from South Sudan over 19 years ago through the U.S. Refugee Resettlement Program. While her native language is Arabic, she worked diligently to learn English, adapt to American culture, obtain a Bachelors Degree and secure a decent-paying job.

Unfortunately, due to her husband’s absence, her financial situation has worsened, forcing her family to live in a hotel and face numerous challenges. Over the past five weeks, we have provided over $8,000 in assistance, covering essential needs such as food, clothing, car insurance, car repairs and maintenance, baby supplies (including a stroller, child car seats, and high chairs), and other household necessities. Mom is working for door dash almost daily with her kids but she is not able to pay all of her bills until she gets a better job.

Our goal right now is accompany this family and offer financial assistance, authentic love and counsel with a custom accountability plan.
