Help with Medical Costs and Family Expenses

I have end-stage liver disease and haven’t been able to work in 10 years. My family is struggling to cover our basic expenses, property taxes, utilities, car insurance, food, and medicine. I also have ongoing doctor visits and specialist appointments with copayments that add up quickly.
