I never imagined my life would take such a difficult turn. An injury has left me unable to work, and I am now facing the heartbreak and uncertainty of homelessness. But right now, my greatest concern is my beloved service dog, Star, who is facing a life-threatening medical emergency.

For eight years, Star has been my loyal protector, constant companion, and greatest source of comfort. She is more than a service dog—she is my family and the one who has remained by my side through some of the darkest moments of my life. Now, I am fighting to make sure I don't lose her.
